描述
GIBCO® 胰蛋白酶溶液广泛用于组织和单层细胞的解离。
包含:
• 5 g/L of 胰蛋白酶 (1:250)
• 2.0 g/L of EDTA•4Na
• 8.5 g/L of NaCl
• 不含酚红
性能和污染测试：
对胰蛋白酶进行生化检测，以检测在解离细胞过程中胰蛋白酶的活性和酶作用的专一性以及对细胞的影响。所有的胰蛋白酶溶液都经过了猪细小病毒和支原体实验检测。
稀释:
在无菌条件下准备1X 平衡盐溶液，不含 Ca++ 和 Mg++.
