描述
MagicMark™XP Western蛋白标准品专门设计用于直接在Western印迹膜上简单方便地估测蛋白分子量。该标准品由9种重组蛋白组成，每种蛋白均有一个IgG结合位点。IgG结合位点可与检测靶蛋白的一抗或二抗结合，进而可在Western 印迹膜中直接观察标准品。MagicMark™XP 标准品可与所有的western试剂盒和底物相兼容(化学发光、直接显色和荧光检测)，并提供:
•采用常用的免疫检测方法，在Western 印迹膜上直接对分子量标准条带进行显影
•从分子量20到220间按等量增加，有9个清晰条带
•方便、即用型——无需混合、还原和加热
若有需要，这些条带可用Coomassie或转渍膜染剂显影
