SYBR® Select 预混液含有实时PCR反应所需的一切成分——模板与引物除外——并以方便使用的2X浓度预混液的形式提供。此预混液含有AmpliTaq® UP型DNA聚合酶，其经过高度纯化并运用了专利的热启动机制，具有异常出色的特异性。

可在广泛动态范围内获得可重复结果
SYBR® Select预混液的配方经过特别优化，在100 ng到0.1 pg cDNA作为起始的反应中均可获得出色的结果（图1），并可对单拷贝的基因组DNA进行可靠地检测（图2）。

含SYBR® GreenER™染料及热不稳定性UDG
• 相比SYBR® Green I染料，SYBR® GreenER™染料对PCR反应的抑制作用更小，从而可以提供更明亮的信号。
• 产品中包含了热不稳定性的DNA尿嘧啶糖基化酶（UDG），从而提供了万无一失的残留污染对照。

Single copy detection using digital qPCR
Genomic DNA was diluted to <1 copy per reaction to ensure that most wells would receive one or zero copies of DNA, A normal distribution of the resulting CT values was obtained after amplification of the single copy RNase P gene. The dissociation curves of all the amplified material produced a single peak (inset), demonstrating the RNase P target is specifically amplified.

Obtain excellent linearity
Use a wide range of input cDNA and obtain excellent linearity. Amplification plot and dilution curve for PGK1 amplified from human cDNA.

The 2x mix contains SYBR® GreenER™ dye, AmpliTaq® DNA Polymerase UP, dNTPs with dUTP/dTTP blend, heat-labile UDG, ROX passive reference dye and optimized buffer components. Contains 1 X 5 mL tube, sufficient for 500, 20 µL reactions (10 µL Master Mix per reaction). Store at 2–8°C.

Guaranteed minimum shelf life is 60 days (exact expiry date printed on product and CofA).
